At BAP Wireless, we strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. We currently ship to all locations within the continental United States. Free shipping is offered on orders over $50. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. Refund Policy
BAP Wireless offers refunds on eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
